Although refinancing sounds simple, it is not just a change of banks and actually rather intricate process and usually involves an exchange of complex legal paperwork. We can review the documents and explain to you the meaning of the terms used, your rights and obligations and the steps involved.
As part of our service, we will correspond with your broker or financial institution, prepare all documents and arrange for a smooth transition with your old and new bank/lender.
