if you're conducting a subdivision, then eventually you'll need to submit the paperwork to LINZ to get the new titles.

We can certainly assist you with this and should be able to offer a competitive pricing starting from only $750 per final title, plus GST and disbursements.

- updating proprietors name (name change due to getting married or change of trustees for example)

- registering or discharging a mortgage
