No doubt there is a lot at stake when selling a house. Preparing your property for sale, finding a real estate agent, marketing it and then dealing with purchasers, who are becoming fussier every day, can be stressful even like that. It is therefore absolutely vital to contact us at a very early stage, even before you engage a real estate agent.

We will assist you with the sale and purchase agreement, examine and report on the title and any encumbrances that would need to be removed prior to settlement, deal with all enquiries from the other party's solicitor, ensure that any conditions are satisfied within the time allowed by the Agreement, liaise with your outgoing mortgagee and prepare the discharge, complete the settlement of your transaction.
